One thing that goes unnoticed about Nikon cameras is the quality of their auto white balance and auto iso. They work very well, without noticeable fluctuations. I don't think many people realise this is a big production plus for fast work. I think because social media is dominated by Sony and Canon influencers auto focus is seen as the key feature. But Ive used Sony Canon and Nikon cameras and Nikon wins here.

Nikon is hands down winner in variable light conditions, the problem with social media influencers is that they are usually using well setup studios for shooting/testing so they don't see the drawbacks of canon and sony compared to Nikon in that environment.

Thanks, great video! I’m looking to get the z30 as soon as I can afford it lol. I’m looking for a camera that’s a jack of all trades and a master of none. I find that the z30 is just a great everything camera. I want travel with it, take pics from the beach to the cities and out in the sticks. From stop motions and time lapses, hell, filming movies too 😂. Honestly basically everything besides vlogging ironically enough

Nikon Z30 is the most overlooked camera in the market. Team with a Viltrox 13mm F1.4- no better image quality for the money. The kit lens is pretty great also.

I think as long as the power block/bank has PD ( Power Delivery ) you can use it to charge the battery through USB-C. Anker makes some good ones!

This is the strangest review i have ever watched.... he gave absolutely no advice on which camera to buy.... he complimented both cameras... didnt show which camera is better for photos and which is better for videos.... nothing... wasted 17 minutes of my life

Nikon shot themselves in the foot with no evf and they still have a weak lens lineup for crop sensor so Canon R10 here i come

Well for that price you could get z50 with evf and viltrox lens are basically the best lenses out there. Canon locks you out.

@@gambet0007 Probably because I have a niche photography interest of aviation photography on a budget is why choosing the R10 with the RF 100-400 was the best decision for me because the AF is leagues ahead of these Nikon's, I had a Z50 for a while and it takes excellent photos but the AF was not close to R10 and Nikon Glass is far more expensive and even with allowing third party lenses no one was creating budget telephoto lenses as far as I can see

@@smguk2412 Fully agree on AF, though that's also improved on z30, and with z50 with updates. But yeah, AF is not as good on any of the budget Nikons when you compare to canon. Can't comment on telephoto lenses as I have no knowledge about it. For me, locking lens to canon only was a dealbreaker, I also had R10 vs N30 shortlisted in final 2.
