What's so awesome is that Billie was obsessed with Avril and she has said many times what a huge influence avril was on her growing up. She jokingly said when she met her "She made me!" When they met it was super cute and now Avril is a fan of Billie!

Come to think of it, the Harley Quinn movie character being far different than the comic book version is so close to Avril Lavigne that a lot of her fans recognized the attitude and fashion and hair in the movies was close to Avril from the mid 2000's. Avril's music video for "Hot" is very much Harley Quinn like and that music video came out years before the Suicide Squad movie came Great reaction!

In her recent entertainment interview she explained she expressed interest in revisiting her start up era. 1. After head above water she wanted a more energetic creative record, being that the last one was more serious and in depth. And 2. Nostalgia from her fans especially during quarantine. She describes it as a sort of “tribute” record for the original fans that have stuck with her thru all the years

In a couple seconds this song woke up a dormant part of us we’d grown up from, moved on from or forgot entirely. I forgot where I was while listening to this, but it was closer to 2005 than the present. Maybe it was the long time away, crossed with her looking and sounding the same. And she was such an icon for that time period that it was literal time travel. Never seen and artist do that before.

Avril and Travis had worked together on The Best Damn Thing era (2007). Alone, I can do better and others. And you should see Bad girl and the suicide squad video hahaha And man, I can't stop thinking this surely is a song that Harley Queen would write, Bite me and Bad Girl.

Who is the drummer? Never heard of him :) Best drummer ever? NO!!! If you want the best drummer ever listen to Neil Peart from RUSH.
