If I had to pick, I'd say that Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter are my favorite of Vivaldi's four seasons

Antonio Vivaldi was metal before electricity.

This is a reminder that Vivaldi died as a relatively unknown musician suddenly in the 1700s and it wasn’t until the 1930s that his music became mainstream. Meaning that Vivaldi wasn’t a household name until 8 generations after his death.

This is the best song of the four seasons, it's unfortunate that most people only know spring, some know fall, but summer and winter are tragically underappreciated.

Somehow summer makes me feel sad and kinda, I dunno, gloomy? Unsettled? Spring makes me feel rejuvinated ja happy, autumn is peaceful and a little depressing, winter is anxious and energetic. It's weird how each movement has such a clear personality. Truly a masterpiece

I'm a Metalhead and this always gives me goosebumps. Summer and Winter are the best of the four seasons in my opinion.

'Summer' always gives me the feeling of winter instead, the slow pace at the beginning feels like gentle snowfall, and the fast pace parts feel like a sudden snowstorm, then back to gentle snowfall then again to the snowstorm.

I find it crazy how we can hear these pieces hundreds of years later and still feel the things the composers were feeling
