So glad and grateful to hear someone like you speaking about Sacred Sexuality in such a credible way. I'm originally from a place where the expression of women sexual energy - in non sexual ways - is somehow accepted and celebrated. When I as 9 I've emigrated in a Christian country and since then any act of pure joy and bliss I used to spread in a very spontaneous and not intentionally sexual way, especially when dancing and singing, was condemned. I've been badly judged since I was a teenager, when totally "pure", without even having had sexual relations with anyone just because I resulted too sensual for the disconnected girls and women of the society I grew up in. I sadly learned to suppress so much that powerful energy along my life and the last and more painful chapter happened at the last workplace a few years ago. In order to keep my job contract getting renewed, in a very difficult period and being alone in a foreigner country, I had to wear more masculine outfits and literally, dim my Light and Sexual power in order to avoid too much attention from the men and the jealousy of the women of my ex office. I ended up having an extreme burnout because I shrank too much in order to fit that I lost my Light. Your videos and your passion to wake up that Energy, are becoming part of my recovery strategy. Thank you for your generosity.

So strong, thank you for sharing. I feel you and I have shrank before too, hiding my inner feminine energy, and acting as if masculine energy is my core. I've had enough of self destruction for avoiding confrontation or not being liked by others. I am growing stronger, wiser energy management to act with authenticity and according to my values and what brings me joy. Moving the hips really helps me to anchor and embody this feminine energy, so twerk, belly dance, African kizomba, etc dance moves is helping a lot. May we keep taking the steps to co.create, receive and enjoy a reality of Light, creativity and freedom.❤🧡💛💖

When you had us reflect on where we shut down sexual energy I realized I always did in friendships, as in, in order to be a good friend I must shut down my sexual energy out of respect and just be a pure mother nurturing friend…. and my healing work… and then I wondered why life started feeling so dull and I didn’t feel fulfilled. thank you so much for putting this sort of information up for free. I find so much healing and hope from listening. I just want to have a good relationship with sex in my body It's been a long road of being taught to be ashamed of both. I was raised as a preacher's daughter in a southern Pentecostal church... I used to feel the need to go and confess anytime. I masturbated when I was in middle school. It was humiliating. I have so much blockage when it comes to sex. My late teens and early 20s. I was just one partner after another trying to regain the power that was taken when I was raped at 17, it was all an act. I'm in a loving relationship now where I'm finally able to heal... I want so much to be able to receive pleasure to be turned on even. Religion really made sex hard for me and your work is really helping me. Thank you for teaching me.

Thanks for the video. I’ve been thinking that lately my juju is coming back. I shut it down for a while due to unsavory experiences with ppl taking advantage of me opening up in these manners. I think I had a lot of trauma and I missed my power. I’ve been meditating and going through waves of lackluster in my mind and how I dress etc. This concept came to light today and I’ve been delving back into my centre and reconnecting. I’m excited about this video!

Self trust is not something we do, it’s something we feel and have to speak out as every soul wants to be heard from unfelt desires from the past. It comes from within and arises from an innate belief in our ability to handle life and be okay in its circumstances, no matter the ups and downs as we release and breath out this thoughts that makes us in uncomfortable feelings and thoughts about ourselves and others in discomfort about our being in essence what is true love. Its in the breathing as emotions from the past letting go is breathing out as you speak out this feelings of disbelief😢, breath in and hold 12 seconds as you overwrite the old thoughts with new cells 😅 breath is two forces 1 sexual energy from the first chakras and 2 rewrite your DNA/rDNA as you inhale firmly and as slowly as you can breath out as you massage yourself in words with sensual unconditional love ❤ as you activate Al your senses and become more and more sensitiver…….it’s all in the breath and how the slower the better……is fully awareness

However....as a tantric practitioner since 1976 and having received the Hevajra Tantra (union practice) empowerment in 1997, I am moved to point out some shortcomings (no pun) in your grasp of the topic towards enlightened experience. 'Cosmo Tantra' has hijacked enough Tibetan tantric labels to convince readers they know what they're talking about....what we in the Vajra Sangha call a-dharma (the complete opposite of the true meaning). The desire realm, into which we have all chosen rebirth, does hold the potential of bliss energy which coupled with specific formless meditations can result in the experience of 'bliss/emptiness inseperable' which is the 1st of 9 stages to full Buddhahood ,and , is the point of 'stepping off the wheel' of rebirth in the realms of samsara (confused cyclic rebirth). Would luv to discuss further, you are on the right path.

I experienced sexual abuse as a really young child and so to me it doesn’t seem right to bring sexual energy into a parent child relationship…would appreciate any illumination you can give.
