His story of the dragonfly reminds me of a human beings evolution, through three stages of existence. We to start out living in water for nine months, and then come out into the air in the sun, and then, lastly, we emerge into a place where we breathe love for eternity. How miraculous it all is!

The mind would either force us to switch on the TV or pick up our cell phone to engage ourselves. The silence, the moment of solitary aloneness, which has the potential to realise the true Self, turns out as a scary situation. We are scared to be alone at home because we are afraid of our true Self ! The false identity appears to be soothing 😨 Be not afraid of being alone, be courageous to taste

Agree I love my solitude. I’m not afraid to be alone. I feel at peace with myself and my shadows. When you make peace with your life and the mistakes you have made and your sorrows you find that it’s there to teach you. There’s a knowing. Being alone but never lonely.

The gene keys truly helped me when my life was in flames. I was seeking therapy and my counsel felt this practice would help me. Keep in mind this was 2017. The process granted me what I call my awakening dream. I was exposed to a whole new landscape of variables. It changed my core. Funny enough my work is to take complex ideas and bring them into the simple with style… I am a fashion design fit tech by trade. 😊. But more than that I was gifted with a path forward. His point of the devils trick is key.

@@jessicadepatie no. Ever since I can remember I made clothes. Cutting up sheets or remaking craft items into Barbie outfits. I do know it is also heavily related to my childhood. 8 siblings and clothes that never fit. It made school bad and I only had siblings for friends. That said, my work is devoted to 3D/4D tool creation for apparel design. We study the math of human design physiology and physically to compute this into tech. My goal is to make clothing an item that we wear for comfort and identity but not for consumption. I also want all sizes to have items that fit them and therefore make physical life better. If we physically feel comfortable we mentally will engage in life much better. When physical bodies feel uncomfortable we have broken focus. But my chart has truth and love. I would say those are big variables in my work. I am more on the engineering end of apparel design.

In fact the original meaning of the verb "to suffer" is to ALLOW. As in Jesus said "Suffer the children to come unto me. We have unfairly judged this superpower as being terribly painful. But that is only the case when actively refuse to ALLOW the Force of Life to Flow. #greatawakening

If you are reading this - understand spirituality itself is also a human construct. As such, there are no real maps anywhere...and no on path to take. Nondual teachings and similar teachings can give that impression......that there's only curriculum....or the goal is to be like them........but that's not what life is. I wish someone told me this a decade ago when I started with spiritualit - I've explored a lot of what is out there.....and I realize it's just humans sharing their experiences inside their consciousness.......none of it is a big deal. These guys, don't know more than anyone....altough if you put things in their right place...you can get something from them.....like you would with anyone sharing their personal experience of life. Trust your own findings and ideas....and apply discernment to EVERYTHING in life.....inside and outside.

Funny how these teachings have led to such poor progression in oneness and integration between the planet, humans and all of existence. Everyone needs their own permission slips, but it is worth asking why these teachings have been so ineffective all these thousands upon thousands of years. Trauma and beliefs do not require endless battle to be released. You can release or accept anything and everything in an instance. If you are a fractal of the all, all is available to you in every now. Nobody's story has any more value than our own. In fact the only story which matters is the story we are telling ourselves.

@@markb36911 Yes, these, and other more refined out there are doing a shitty job at addressing people's real needs. What you are describing is physically true.....and yet we don't all have the same karma. I speak as someone who has a LOT of dense energies....a lot of thoughts and a lot to negotiate. Yeah release is easy....but on this 3d plane it has direct consequences. We can't make the same mistake these messangers made.....which is "i come from a vibrational reality where all is seen from a much simpler clear place, so therefore, this is all that is needed". Serving humans is an art. And it requires to LISTEN to people's difficulties. There's perfcect theory....and then there's the grind of applying it in your individual energetic context. Yeshua and Buddha both probably thought they were breaking it down in the most perfect way imaginable............and yet, their teachings mean jack shit in 2023. The problem isn't grocking metaphysics (altho nonduality for example, totally fails to explain things like 'energy' or law of attraction to people an dother important factors in life) it's addressing real world problems................earnest people bump in with. I firmly believe people aren't stupid. With the same tools and same problems....we tend to come up with similar results. But we are all in VASTLY different contexts. Context is everything. A teaching is only so good as the number of contexts it can easily apply to. They all base themselves on the idea of universality (that's the essence of truth afte rall) but the proof is in the pudding - are people feeling it is helping them?

@@markb36911 I love that you see this too . I’ve always known that if we dig ourselves into a pit, over years & years, the very instant we truly desire to be free, we’re out in a flash . I enjoy the Bashar channeling as a way to help break open limiting belief systems - hmm, a seeming non sequitur but it feels strangely important to mention and what you suggest, @jeanlundi2141, has been *so* critical for me, I can’t even tell you . namely, that we are our own authority; and it’s vital, not to mention very rewarding, to cultivate & employ our own discernment

finally! something i 'don't' ressonate with in listening to richard rudd. usually i almost have an endemic identifying when listening to him, or others. he said 'i've always had a feeling we're heading toward something great in going thru these times.' i honestly don't think i've ever felt like that, but i'm not a cynic. this sounds nutz, but i swear i remember being born, i just remember this horrid wash of what i now know to be toxic, synthetic smells hittting me & even tho' i couldn't see, i remember the colours were brown & green in that room which might have been the walls or some machine, or something. i remember thinking, 'what is this HELL' i've come to?? i do believe in bright conclusions but i've never felt that EVERYTHING works out. i think we're walking a thin line, there's a lot of hope, but we need to be careful . . .

Thank you for sharing. This man’s brilliance, humility and compassion is incomparable. I’d love to counter discuss the difference between Soul and spirit. Soul in my mind is the sole One, whereas spirit has many incarnations through IN-SPIR-ATION, re-spir-ation, per-spir-ation, a-spir-ation, e(x)-spir-ation and all the ways Soul wishes to e(x)-spir-ience. He loses me when he starts talking about self-love , trauma and guilt. Being present eliminates trauma and guilt, and I don't understand why or how someone would love themselves. Is that really love?

Surely you understand the importance of giving love to a child in order for it to grow into a healthy adult? Emotionally tending to someone? That doesn't go away into adulthood. You'd love yourself to NURTURE. To make healthy, functional, whole. How? Highly contextual but having any intention that is based on love (accepting, non-judging, supporting, complimenting, being patient with etc).

I think he means living in self acceptance as opposed to self judgement or unworthiness. When you dont like who you are, your reality reflects that negativity. So you will not be able to raise your awareness to a higher level while living at such a low frequency.
