祢的信實多麼廣大
They are new every morning
Great is thy faithfulness (Lamentations 3:23)
活物的生命與全人類的氣息
都在上帝的手中
In His hand is the life of every creature
and the breath of all mankind (Job 12:10)
你的光就必突然發出 像黎明的曙光
你的醫治就必快快臨到
你的公義就必行在你的前面
耶和華的榮耀要作你的後盾
Then your light will break forth like the dawn
and your healing will quickly appear
Your righteousness will go before you
and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard (Isaiah 58:8)
因為祂是我們的神
我們是祂草場的羊
是祂手下的子民
For He is our God
And we are the people of his pasture
The flock under his care (Psalms 95:7)
何必為穿什麼憂慮呢？
試想田野的百合花怎樣生長
它們不勞苦 也不紡織
但我告訴你們

Why do you worry about clothes
See how the flowers of the field grow
They do not labor or spin
Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor
was dressed like one of these (Matthew 6:28)
不要為生命憂慮吃甚麼喝甚麼
也不要為身體憂慮穿甚麼
難道生命不比食物重要嗎？
身體不比衣服重要嗎？
Do not worry about your life
what you will eat or drink; or about your body,
what you will wear.
Is not life more than food ?
and the body more than clothes ? (Matthew 6:25)
不要為明天憂慮
因為明天自有明天的憂慮
Do not worry about tomorrow
for tomorrow will worry about itself (Matthew 6:34)
喜樂的心乃是良藥
憂傷的靈使骨枯乾
A cheerful heart is good medicine
But a crushed spirit dries up the bones (Proverbs 17:22)
耶和華所賜的福使人富足
並不加上憂慮
The blessing of the Lord brings wealth
without painful toil for it (Proverbs 10:22)
你們看天空的飛鳥
牠們不撒種，不收割，也不收進倉裡
你們的天父尚且養活牠們
難道你們不比牠們更寶貴嗎？
你們中間誰能用憂慮 使自己的壽命延長一刻呢？
Look at the birds of the air
they do not sow or reap or store away in barns,
and yet your heavenly Father feeds them
Are you not much more valuable than they?
Can any one of you by worrying
add a single hour to your life？ (Matthew 6:26-27)
祂用美物使你所願的得以知足
以致你如鷹返老還童
Who satisfies your desires with good things
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s (Psalm 103:5)
那等候耶和華的
必重新得力
他們必如鷹展翅上騰
Those who hope in the Lord
Will renew their strength
They will soar on wings like eagles (Isaiah 40:31)
