Every Afghan knows the fact that since we were young we have been watching Indian movies whether we were in Europe or Asia ... so you should understand this. And you may have not noticed but she is wearing a beautiful Afghan dress too, peace

@LoveHart4ever I agree, and in fact I didn't see it from that angle. However, the tendency to replicate to be Indian amongst Afghans has increased quite a bit. We even have ceremonies and weddings where girls are dressed in sari's, which is sad, at least to me. When we watch a movie we should not try to change our culture and tradition according to the Bollywood or Hollywood likes/dislikes. Have you seen our traditional clothes being worn other than afghans, even though historically Afghanistan has longer existence than India. Why not replicate an Afghan movie from past? Why not try to be an Afghan actor? Anyway, the point is that its increasing and I rather be Afghan than represent India's culture. My parents were raised in the west and I was born in the west, and I only wish I could experience and live such a rich and historic tradition of Afghanistan, hence, I get disappointed by such replication as its not necessary. Mo G I absolutely agree. We have numerous great afghan fashion designers. It is time to promote our own culture and singers can do good job at that. My wish is to see all afghan bazaars free from the sarees, panjabis and leengas that are displayed on dummies. Reviving a culture after a longterm war is quite a challenge but I am hopeful. plus I liked the song, the location, the storyline, the quality of the video, good effort Arezo jan. best of luck

The clothes are not "Indian". There is no such thing as having "too Indian" or "Indian" clothes. the greater Indian subcontinent which includes Afghanistan have shared cultures for thousands of years the lupatta and the kamiz is apart of our heritage as it is theirs as we have had many great Afghans ruling over parts of modern day India and spreading our culture there over the years all though similar. Before the Wahabi influence of Burqa and the Russian influence of western clothing, we would wear clothing very similar to the rest of South Asia. Look at old pictures od our heritage my brother/sister :)

There is no such thing as an Asian outfit that could represent all countries in Asia. And the term Asian stands mostly for the far eastern countries of Asia such as China, Thailand, and so on... When you try to present someone with facts, search up for your own validity first!!!!
