I came across this video 4 years late. But, it's great to see that such care was taken to actually hand-craft this memorable sword in a time when I'm sure other, more expedient, methods could easily have been used. Great work!

Should've made the dagger version that's shown before Lion-O turns it into the longsword. Would've been nice to see it as a companion piece.

@@Shadows-RC thats backwards - the dagger had the eye (closed eye like sword sleeping) and when it grew into a sword the cats head

@@Shadows-RC yeah i just looked now, been decades since i saw it too lol, and yeah i saw a clip when it still looked like an eye when it grew into a sword - never saw that as a kid, i only noticed the eye as a dagger lol. I guess it turns out we're both right lmao

Lion-o's gauntlet was awesome. It was almost cooler than the sword and they totally should have made this in unison with the sword since it was the sheath for it.

Classy Freddy Blaise must sorts are fairly thin it's hard to slice with something thick secondly it makes the blade very heavy if it's very thick at all.

I love this series but the worst part is when they're testing the blade and "cut" through glass bottles, vases, etc. when there isn't any real cutting involved just breaking glass....

IF they EVER finally make the Movie, YOU should be the Prop master. One suggestion, the opposite side of the glass should have the 'Cats Eye' for Lion-O to use his 'Sight Beyond Sight'.

Joe Schelin. Great request but he'd actually have to make the fully shrunken version for the glove to actually fit the extended sword will not fit the glove that fits on Lionel's hip

Soul Calibur I can see happening, but Soul Edge.... I don't know how AWE can make all the organic parts on the blade look real and make it function like a blade.
