Elucidator is a one-handed sword though. Also, that’s the gnarliest sword you can get from a mob drop!

It's a long knife, so it can be used with both. The handle is enough for two hands, and it would be very uncomfortable for a one handed wielding, as the hand would slip back and you would lose control pretty quickly, but I think that it can still be controlled by some expert swordsman. So basically, using that blade with two hands would actually be much more proper for a longsword and much more comfortable, which is not the case, making it a long knife.

afrochickenboy They don't have enough STR points, and they forcefully equipped it. BTW, Kirito likes to wield weapons with High STR Requirements, as noted by Sterben in SAO II.

it was a good show. Its just that the second half of the series was pretty shitty and while the first one was al about what would happen to you if you got stuck in a game the second part was a bit more bullshitty. Plus theres been loads of series with the same premise and this series did not add anything new. The animation was still fantastic and the first half was good it just trailed off. I feel like log horizon handled the premise much better.

CeejMyster Totally agree but compared to many it had this many details that were missed in SAO`s predecessor .hack// had this really slow pace and didn't show many details at all . The second part just dropped off all those details and rushed to the "finalle" and I really do like the decision BUT ! They could have made the first part longer , maybe dedicate the whole season to it ? But yet again .hack// was not popular around that time so maybe they guessed SAO will be too ... About log horizon it has several Novels written about it so it kinda self explains it .

DerD4nnY how much I like fairy tail, erza's weapons are quite dull, there are way better weapons to be found, but fairy tail isn't quite the best anime for it.

I find this series really interesting and I really wish these videos would be so much longer. There's always a decently long pause between them, and I would love to just watch 10 minutes of them working on making the weapon rather than it just going from one process to another in a flash.

Mystical Moon you can’t wield a two handed sword with one hand the point where the most weight is (idk the word for that) will make sure that u will never be able to wield it effectively on top of that when he gets attacked by the 7 orange players his sword gets described as one handed as well
