Yes I see places in sosua going for that price but it will need another 20,000 in renovation and no pool

In a country were the medium wage is $208 to $250 seven hundred plus a month is a little excessive don't you think? why is it that everyone who has a you tube channel in the D.R wants to become rich overnight, regardless of the location it should be attenable to the locals.

@@cerisefairfaxWhat’s the average income? I went online. It says after taxes $400.00 1 bedroom apartment outside the city center $268.00 inside the city center $478.00

@@darkmattersproject2951 Yes, but these apartments are owned by Dominican families with the intention of renting to expats only. The Dominican owners are aware that not everyone can afford the rent. Just like many cannot afford a villa/private pool/24 hrs security in a gated community built and owned by foreigners.

I really miss that sound of the vegetable truck guy on the speakers:) Reminds me of back in the day when the ice cream truck or dickie dee popsicle guy would bike into the neighbourhood :) Nice apartment, great video!

750.00 to live in Los Charamicos shows that in a few years Sosua will not be affordable for the average Expat that’s why I’m about to grab something in Cabarete .. still affordable there for now
