You're not referring to the other elevator on the opposite side? The last elevator video of the airport from you is on a different side. On your video, when you pointed your camera towards the window looking out towards 3/F, the staircase is on the left side. In this video, when he pointed his camera outside towards 3/F during the first round-trip ride starting at around 0:32, the staircase is on the right.
