you girls were amazing and your tumbling passes blew me away. for a watered down routine you ladies killed it. there are always gonna be some people who can't just tell you that you were amazing but forget what they say you did good. and i think it's safe to say taking the difficulty level down when your under the weather is smart rather than to risk unnecessary injuries

Oh, my gosh, you guys must have been EXHAUSTED after this! Seriously, even doing 40 seconds of a cheer in my routine pretty much kills our team. I can't even imagine doing what you guys did! Crazy good!

It takes incredible athletic ability and hard work to be a cheerleader. Much respect. I used to monitor some of the girls on the cheer squad and they were dog tired after every practice.

@RedSky199 The rules can be different based on the competition and the area you live in. The comption was small because its just regionals so the region she could be in could be small! but what you said is true for most areas, compete in a lot of things and the rules can change for the area or comptition. (btw i cant spell)

ok, that was AWESOME! wish you had music! you girls were tight, together, loud and deep. Couldn't hear half of what you were cheering about because your fans were so loud! lol That's GREAT!

Just regionals? If you don't get through regionals, you don't go to state. After our regionals we added more difficulty for state. But we never watered it down for regionals. Not trying to be mean, just saying. Watch our state routine search, "West Jefferson Cheerleaders 2013". it's uploaded by jennmark. We scored highest in our divison, but were disqualified for an illegal shoulder sit bracing the flips in our mount. We out scored the last place team by 100 points, and the team who won by 40.

Sucks to hear you got disqualified, but I feel sorry for your squad mostly because the coach should have known the rules. It's clearly stated that only double base preps can brace flips. In Illinois you don't get disqualified for illegal stunts, just BIG deductions.

Umm. I don't agree. I am a cheerleader, competitive and high school and I know what it feels like to be on that mat. You're nervous and you feel like you're gunna pass out. The best thing is the crowd. We spend all our time cheering for other people, that when someone is cheering for us it's the best feeling in the world.

Would love to actually hear the cheer. What are you guys saying??

i couldnt help but notice the small amount of supporters in the stands???is that how people genrally view cheer? aas not important?

i think the routine was really good but u girls should maybe not do running tumbling during a cheer section because u cant hear the cheer that well, but otherwise keep up the good work!

It's their moms... The moms do 98% of the cheering... I know from personal experience :D

You need music and you absolutely have to get some male cheerleaders in there, but aside from that it was pretty good. We could also do without the screaming mother behind the camera.

TO ALL PEOPLE dont judge this unless your a cheerleAder or a coach CUZ i HIGHly doubt you could even do the SIMPLEST jump or even a cartwheel so before you want to go and be a jerk to these people maybe you should put yourself in their shoess and try this and leave critiques to actual cheerleaders.
