Just done these on my 2011 Autobiography. If you bend the pins inside the units down just a little bit the connector goes on easily the correct way without having to file anything off the connector. The bulbs however have to have the wires on the actual bulb bent to the outside a bit to make contact in the connector. Thought I had been sent a load of duff bulbs.

Welcome lights…. On my 2011 there’s one retaining clip at 3 o’clock and one at 9 o’clock so it’s simple to prise out from the front - just dig deep!!

I just prised out the welcome lights from the front....easy....though this was on a 2011 model so might be more difficult on a 2006

hey, this may be a little unrelated but are u aware if it’s possible to swap the lr3 interior door panels with lr4 ones? it appears that they’re the same shape and size but i don’t want to spend a bunch of money to find out they won’t fit. Or if anyone has a permanent solution to the horrendous noise the plastic interior handles make in the lr3 that works too lol it drives me crazy that’s the main reason i want to switch them
