For a 3 channel plane, this thing is more controllable than expected. It’s best at smooth, efficient flying with no effort and is even aerobatic enough to show off a little with those surprisingly good rudder rolls and controllable inverted flight.

Our maiden flights occurred yesterday in 10 mph with gusts to near 20 . Not a great fan of Safe but in the gusts it really helped to settle it down.

The umx radian and its bigger brother Radian are the two of my favorite planes to fly!!!! They just Fly so well and i love gliders! i know that its not as acrobatic as the consendo but sometimes its not always about acrobatic. Some times its just nice to have a relaxing flight under the beautiful sun!! I flew the regular size radian with a 2200mah 3s lipo for 1hr at the beach!!

Hello, I am very interested with this type of glider, never flew a plane or glider before.....But I fly drones! I have a frsky Taranis X9D plus SE 2019. Question... can I use this Taranis to bind this glider since I always hear Spectrum. Also what do you suggest for my next purchase. I love gliders but I also love hydroplanes since I live beside a lake in the Laurentians, Québec..... Great job guys....Merci!

What SMART receiver does it have installed? Usually they specify but I dont see it on the plane page. Its interesting that they set it up so the rudder is on the right stick, and is essentially the ailerons. Not just that, but the bigger version of the radian is the same way.

Looks like a nice little glider, but it needs ailerons. Then it would be a better beginner plane. Added skill practice for a more advanced plane.

I'm definitely going to watch that. I'm sure I'll find out, but you can still have the Sport Cub linked with this plane together? Wonder if this would work with the Mini Apprentice and the Areoscout, still looking on getting that one too.

Honestly buying this as a very first plane wouldn't be a great deal 100 for the plane cheap transmitter 40-50 cheap charger 40-50 couple batteries 12 so at the least your going to have right around 200 in it That's the cost of a AeroScout RTF If you already have a transmitter and charger it wouldn't be a bad deal I'm not hating on you guys at all I'm just saying Nate let a girl do some loops lol 🤣😂 Nice flight Abby love the multiple loops hehe 🔥👍✌️ edit Beautiful sun set God bless 🙏

Plane: $100 Radio: approx. $200 or more. Battery 1s Lipo. $6-9 depending where you get it.. CHARGER! At least $29 (that spektrum S63 one) .. Cheaper if you want a single USB one. That would be your true cost for this very fragile piece of foam and small circuitry.. I'm just counting on the quality compared to all this cheap crap from bangood at this point!.. I flew mine today.. Was very relaxing, especially at sunset.

I haven't flown mine since I got the night Radian. Don't have smart but dumb.

There is nothing wrong with it. Everytime my wife flies I don't give her the worst batteries in my collection but a half dead battery and then I blame it on her LOL.
