This AWESOME PS5 lifehack, also works on PS4, check this out!
On your PS4, head to the settings & go to system. There you find HDMI Device Link, enable this and next time your PS4 boots up, your TV turns on automatically too

Yeah it's cool for a while. But it gets annoying after a few weeks. Because of my experience, when you turn the TV off, the PlayStation turns off also

@@wxckvro3215 because maybe you just need to make a quick run to the store real quick. No sense in putting in it in rest mode if you're only going to be gone for 10 minutes.

@@Afriqwise I don't think 10 minutes will have a drastic change on your electricity bill. It's just a television. Although if it's big enough of a television, I suppose that it possibly could. If it's like a 90 inch or something.
