Grandma's room is very nice. You mentioned she had previously fallen. Just make sure the rugs are secured. Most medical staff would suggest removing the rugs due to a fall hazard. Take care!

I don't like anchors either. Sometimes we go with the butterfly anchor and they don't seem to pull out. It's so nice that grandma can live with you. The room is so different, naturally, and nice.

Hi hun, i was really struggling, overwhelmed, struggled with health,and oh so so angry, angry that a few years ago i could do my whole house in a day. Due to a medical condition i cant do that anymore, its infuriating! Ive started listing, and now i,ll set myself realistic targets. Your decluttering and cleaning vids are really inspiring. But it really is hard to get into the right mindset.Military housing sets you in your ways. Hubby served for 22 years and goes out of his way to help me. Im sure grandma is so happy in her new space. It is so pretty! I had my dad here for about 2 years and loved being around my granddaughter who lived next door. She was able to get dad to do things we couldnt and that kept him moving and active. You wont regret this time of life.

I’m so happy for you! I ended up with four children, but had many many miscarriages along the way. I know there isn’t really a safe zone, but I always breathed a lot easier after the first trimester. I’m amazed at how much you accomplish always, but even more impressed when you are doing it while expecting. Lots of love to you and your family. ❤

Grandma's room looks great! I like the paint color. Y'all remind me of me and my husband. We took care of his grandparents when they got older and less able to do as they used to. It was such a blessing for them and us. It's just like you said. We learned so much from them and they got so much out of it too. We were very close and it brought so much joy to all of us. We miss them so much now. We also had to deal with a lot from other family members during that time. It was very hard. It got really nasty. I mean really bad but we have no regrets because we know we did right by them. They were amazing people and we still talk about them all the time. So y'all make those memories and let Grandma enjoy her grands. You and Bobby are awesome and so loving and caring. ❤️

It was good. She taught me some crocheting & other things. But she started to forget things. She would take off walking & I'd have to go after her. She'd be along ways off sometimes. Another time she went to a house for help. I think we knew her, so she called my parents! Finally, she got worse, so we had to put her in a nursing home. We all didn't want to. But it was hard to keep watching her, & she'd get upset with us. So I hope you have many years with her! You said her mind is sharp, so that's good! I love her room! And little Freya too, for always being her little cute self! 😊🩷 Bobby really has learned so many skills, and so have you! When I was younger I was always painting, hanging wallpaper, borders, shelves, curtains, and yes I sure did have a problem with anchors! I didn't like them either, sometimes they would come out. It's not just you, Cambriea! 😂 Anyway, I LOVE the blue! Blue is my favorite color, and that color is so pretty! Grandma's bedspread, pictures etc. look great, and I love her lamp! We inherited 3 cats when we were in a similar situation. A CatGenie litter box that plumbs into the toilet was so much of a blessing. Not sure if that is an option for you logistically but wanted to mention.
