Maybe some salt and pepper are seosoned and add sauce whinle eating too. There are many type of dipping sauces. Soy based sauce and redpepper based sauce are popular.

There are three types of chicken in korean style. first is Kfc style chicken : this chicken is similar with what you know. Seosoned with strong flavored seosning. (Can search BBQchicken as a example) Second is chicken, thinly covered with fried batter. This chicken`s batter is bland. So good for make 양념치킨,간장치킨.(sauced chicken.) Last is old-style chicken . This chicken is not parted. Just put trimmed chicken into frying oil. You can see it with searching 옛날통닭 Most chickens are provided with dipping sauces in korea.

집에서 양념치킨 하는데 두 시간 걸리더군요 세척하고 우유에 담근 후 세척 물기 빼서 가루 입혀 반죽입혀 튀기고 또 뛰기고 양념장 만들어서 볶아주니 어휴 허리가 남아나질 않더군요 그 동안 쉽게 먹은 치킨이였는데 집에서 하니 손이 많이 가더군요 대단하세요 장사하시는 분들~~😊

치킨같은 튀김 요리는 가정에서 하기에 가성비가 가장 안맞는 음식같아요😂 많이 먹기엔 기름진 음식이다보니 금방 물리고... 오래두고 먹기에는 바삭함이 다 사라지고 ㅎㅎ 저도 집에서 치킨 몇번 시도했다가 이제는 그냥 사먹어요😂

가장 좋은 오일은 아보카도 오일이지만 가격이 많이 비싸서 음식점에선 일반 식용유를 쓰겠죠 재활용을 많이 한 기름은 튀김옷이 진하게 나오고 저렇게 밝은 갈색이라면 꽤 양심적으로 장사를 하시는분이라고 생각하시면 됩니다

Notice, no dipping in eggs nor anything but washing flour. I do think seasoning would elevate the taste, however I know some restaurants wait until asked by customer.
