I'm a dude but I've really been wanting to try out the stick bun styles for a funkier look. Unfortunately, even after 3 years of growth my stupid thick curly hair just ain't letting it happen yet 🤣 I'll circle back in a few months perhaps. Awesome styles though 😁

I cannot thank you enough! I bought some lovely hair sticks many years ago, then cut my hair short for 10+ years. Now my hair is long again, but I couldn’t remember how to use the sticks! Happily tomorrow I will get them out and try your beautiful hair styles. What I do remember about the stick technique is how comfortable they were to wear. 🥰

These are wonderful and I'm very impressed with how easy you make it look! Unfortunately my hair is very smooth and slippery; I can really only do the braided buns because every other updo I've tried just falls apart within a minute. I feel like I would need to either volumize my hair or give it texture somehow for the other ones to stay put.

I have the same problem! It holds better once your hair grows very long so you can just make it tighter, mine is down to the bottom of my butt and now my too slippery problem is gone 😂 took me till about lower lower back for pinless buns to work

I have the same problem and mine is really long so nothing will hold it up. I'll try her dry shampoo trick to see if that helps but I can't braid my own hair unless it's from the nape of the neck down. Very frustrating but hopefully it'll get better!

Awh!!!Thank You ❤💋🤗So happy to hear that You find My hair tutorials helpful 🤗🙈🙏 As for sewing technique , I mean this _ _ _ 🙈, I thought this is an easier scheme to explain🤭 meaning You grab a little bit of hair from the crown section, then a little feom the bun, and again from the crown section then from the bun,this way it will fix way better...Hope I somehow could explain that🙈🤭🌸

These are magnificent and really suit you! Figure 8 (#3) is a classic and very eye catching. French twist with a stick (#6) is very unique in its own way. And the braided one (#7) was just plain creative! Those three were my favorites. I missed the makeup brushes you used last time though! 😛 You should also do a video exclusively on topknots with and without the stick someday!

I've NEVER been able to do anything with my thin and fine hair. It's mid back now, and I seem to pull more out, than I make cute and elegant! 😂 I get so frustrated with it, I just put it in a tight, ugly knot... on top of my head. I bought a set of minimalist wooden hair forks and all I ended up with was a brush full (and I mean FULL) of hair, and a hot mess on top of my head. I give up! 😔 At 62 years old... some people are just WAY more talented with the fru fru, than I'll EVER be! 😖🥺🙄

@@AwesomeHairstyles As from today, at 12 AM, Denmark is once again hit by more restrictions due to the Corona virus. Luckily, I'm still not infected but instead I've run into some kind of pneumonia. It hurts like hell if I breathe normally so I can only take small superficial breaths and my doctor prescribed some aggressive penicillin. But apart from the fact that it hurts if I breathe normally, I'm fine 😊 My best friend is coming over to dinner tonight - lot's of people think that we're sisters and I kinda feel like she IS my sister - so I always enjoy spending time with her. Since all this Corona stuff started back in the beginning of March, she's pretty much been the only one that I meet up with regularly besides from my son 🤗 How are things with you? Are you able to work full time without any restrictions? I love that you're active on this channel again 😘

😅😅This is actually when making My pro courses we a calling like that ))) The meanining of it is like You use the stick like sewing ( You grab a small section from the bun then from the base of the base meaning hair from the crown section,then again from the bun..and so on..) this way it will secure better the hairstyle...Hope this makes sense 🥰😍🤗😅🙈

Sadly none of these hairstyles work for me because i have hair up to the shoulders and i have thick hair so it doesn't even hold on a pencil or two
