This time AWN Design will share the design of a Tiny House with the Tiny House Concept! Sized 4x5 Meters With Complete Facilities
In this video I will give
video about a 4x5 meter minimalist house
And I hope this video can help friends who are looking for a MINIMALIST HOME model
For a rough estimate of the construction price, you can adjust the wholesale price per m2 according to each area, for the benchmark wholesale price per m2 of building area is 3 - 3.5 million
then the estimated development costs = 60-70 million
Notes :
This is of course still an outline price estimate, for a more accurate price it must be calculated first to adjust the prices for each region in the RAB in detail.

Om izin tolong di respon . Dalam waktu dekat ini saya mau tegak rumah . Cuma pake papan . Coba buatin dong om inspirasi ukuran rumah 3,5x6/7 Meter . Kamar 1 . Kamar mandi dalam , ruang tamu , dan dapur .

Mau bikin rumah ini buat tempat singgah sata mudik di rumah nenek, tips : bagian bawah kasih Bata ringan dengan tinggi 70cm untuk bersandar, sisanya bisa di sesuaikan dengan selera mau di kasih kayu kasibud atau triplek untuk menghemat uang lebih.

I think i'd get rid of the side door move the kitchen counter up towards the fridge then left a little bit of counter space at the end for a combo washer and dryer under neath the counter then above it have some cabinets. Switch the bed from the back of the bathroom wall over to the other wall turn that into a murphybed, as to turn the bedroom into a small workout room then put the window door on the back wall by the bathroom wall and the back wall towards the outside, could just turn the whole wall into a folding glass wall to open it up into the backyard. That's what i would do.
