That is a future Darwin Award Nominee. Good that You got it on camera. Assuming it is involved in a collision due to similar actions in the future, this can be used as evidence of it's idiocy.

That guy either didn't have a clue or didn't care! Baz, you can be angry and say what you want. I hate when some says calm down. I do stay calm to keep my stress levels low. The moped rider gives me the impression he is on something or he is very blasé!

Watching the rear cam he's defo not a careful rider did lots of weaving about before the incident with you
