Great job on the sheath. Looks professional. That axe needs a lot more work. Is it even sharp?

Yea I had clips of me sharpening it to a razor sharp level but I didn't want to make the video too long. I know I left the rest of the head a little more rough and rustic. Any suggestions for how I could of improved it?

why did you remove the factory finish of the handle, just curious?

The thick finish can give you blisters

Yea what @Blake Kalakay is right. Also the handle companies put the finish on to cover up the fact that the wood is rough underneath and that they didnt sand it a lot
