Strangers in the Night would have sounded very thin without Paul's fills and backup rhythm playing and keyboards...he truly was that inside glue you don't think about when you say, wow, that song was great. His duel leads with Schenker on SITN are magical.

I was 18 when I first saw UFO, 1979 Sacramento. Judas Priest opened for them. I'm 64 and I listen to them almost every day. Three summers ago, I got the ice cream man to play Rock Bottom when driving down our street. I'm at that age where I don't give a s***.

the harmonics from Vinnie's Ibanez 🎸 along with Marshall Amps brings 😢 to my eye's in an AMAZING ballad is what it represents for me how about all the other listeners that have had the PLEASURE to 👀 it? the leads R epic man Vinnie nails the last solo that he shreds the neck & strings absolutely flawless.the drums R fantastic as well very clean version being recorded in a studio setting.

Favorite song of all time! Tell me why they never have Michael Schenker on the list of top ten guitarists ever. UFO was right up there with any rock band and i would go anywhere in California to see them live and in the nineties went to see them at a small venue at the coach house that has about 500 seats and it was the highlight of my life being inches from the band as they played a 2 hour set of there classics on a Tuesday night. So good to have them in my era growing up in the seventies and thanks for the music UFO.

Too right, Schenker all the way! Moore ruins it with his widdly widdly wankery.

@@iltonwhite The first solo Schenker all the way. The second, Vinnie took it to another level.

Phil Mogg is like no other singer. His voice is so individual and unique. You could never mistake someone else for him - or the opposite. I've loved UFO since I snatched my sister's Force It album.

Indeed! Phil one of the best, if not the best vocalist of his generation!! I always felt UFO were underrated, and never once did I hear them aired on any of our so called Rock stations in my area. What a shame!! Sad day as we have learned of Paul's passing. Peace be with all of his family, friends and fans!!!

This song ! The love of my life and I stayed up all night trying to figure out who does "Misty Green and Blue? We called everyone . Waking them up and pissing them off but we had to know. Sun came up and we asked the nurse who was administered his chemo treatments and she said "no wonder ; its called Love to Love you". By UFO.! Now everytime I watch the sun come up I think of that night. And the last verse . He tried and he needs me to stay. Thank you UFO.
