What kind of feeds and speeds are you looking at to cut this acm and also aluminum? I have a router that can safely do 18000 rpm but people have told me that’s way too fast for aluminum.

You can go as high as 20000 rpms but to do it safely the feed has to be way too slower than when cutting acm.

Where does the 3mm aluminum come into the final product? The video does not explain and I prefer not to guess.

I SENT AXYZ AUTOMATION A LETTER DATED 10 MARCH 2021, ENCLOSING A SAMPLE OF A PROTRACTOR MADE OF ACRYLIC SHEET, AND REQUESTED FOR A QUOTATION TO MANUFACTURE THE SAME AT YOUR END. IT SEEMS THAT YOU PEOPLE DOESNT EVEN BOTHER HOW TO REPLY TO LETTERS BEING SENT TO YOU FOR ACTION.

WE ARE GOING TO CHINA INSTEAD TO LOOK FOR A MANUFACTURER THAT CAN CNC ROUTER CUT A 0.030 INCH THICK IMPACT MODIFIED ACRYLIC SHEET FOR OUR PROTRACTORS. I AM SURE WE CAN FIND ONE WHO WILL ENTERTAIN OUR QUERIES PROMPTLY. HEY, AXYZ... STOP SHOWING VIDEOS SHOWING HOW GOOD YOUR MACHINES ARE, AND TELL YOUR PRESENTORS HOW LOUSY YOUR VIDEOS ARE.
