I was lucky enough to interview one of my heroes, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, in early 2021 about her background, the similarities of Wokeness and Islam and more. After the interview, I showed her the trailer for my series, and she thanked me for my work, which blew me away.
I'm lying down in the video because I had debilitating back pain during this time.
This is a small part of the interview. You can watch the whole thing on Locals by becoming a member for only $5/month!

This was filmed for my series, The Woke Reformation, and if you appreciate my work, please consider supporting me on Locals, as that allows me to keep making more content. Plus, you'll get exclusive content on Locals page like long form interviews, tips on how to deal with Woke ideology and more.

@@thesignalproductions Instead of asking a liar who fabricated her story, and thereby trying to hinder people from Islam. If you want attention, this is not the way. Why don't you ask us directly regarding our beliefs? In Islam atheists have no rights. Why? It is because of two main reasons: _Atheists are polytheists in Rububiyyah (Lordship)_ 1. Atheists are considered polytheists who are lower in shirk (polytheism) than idol worshippers. Because the idolater does not believe that his inanimate idol created anything, whereas atheists believe that the inanimate, lifeless particles that the idols consists of did. When you were a christian and believed God created everything, but was worshipping a man. You were not necessarily a polytheist in Lordship, but a polytheist in worship (Uluhiyyah). Atheists are committing shirk in Lordship, while most of mankind are polytheists in worship. Do you get it. We have licenses from the Creator of this world, to ban that for you with force.

I was in total despair. I couldnt do anything, my sex life disappeared, I couldnt play with my children, I was in a complete state of depression. I was on the cusp of surgery, the last resort, which is not recommended due to the risks involved, but it is what I had opted for. 10 days before the surgery, it cleared up, on its own. This mans condition is something different, something worse I think, and my sympathies are with him completely. I like Brene Brown’s definition of fanaticism: “I’m right. Shut up.” This is beyond even fundamentalism, and it’s the attitude that wokery has in common with all the other fanatics. The only difference is, I don’t think many of the woke have the backbone to die for what they believe. Instead, they constantly harass and tear down other’s reputations, like a petulant teenage girl. It is the new religion, and it is the religion of the ‘Karen.”

And yet Brene Brown is quite woke. I don’t think you can accurately parallel her disagreements with traditional Christianity with the discussion here. The woke want to obliterate the traditional meanings of words to suit their agendas and to tear down foundations in order to rebuild them to their liking. She’s welcome to try and do the same. Unfortunately many will follow her but don’t mistake debate or even theological correction and censure with oppression or violence. Authority in itself isn’t an evil, though for the last 60+ years it has been assumed to be. Accountability means checks and balances on that knowing how corrupt humans often fail to properly wield power. The woke agenda is obsessed with power and while they want to overthrow their perceived oppressors, they have become the thing they claim to hate. BB simply wants the power to define Christianity as it appeals to her. She has the power to believe whatever she likes, but she cannot change the actual nature or definition of a thing, only how she herself understands it.

Many individuals who immigrate to western countries do so as a means of survival after western powers corrupted their home countries.. though it's fair to assume they don't intend to integrate, it's also dishonest to not mention their circumstances. Their only concern is ensuring their family's safety... as we all would do if we were in a similar situation. Pinning the blame on the immigrants is also reactive as western countries PRIDE themselves on being a melting pot for everyone, welcoming any and everyone into their borders.

@@Alhilohe6336 Those of us who have studied Islam as a religion in conjunction with its history, we know for a fact that the Ahadeeth were a fabrication. Being incapable to alter the rules of the Quran, rulers relied heavily on Ahadeeth to manufacture religious ruling that suits their political agenda. Besides, there are Ahadeeth that contradict the Quran head on. That Aicha Hadeeth is clear fabrication to smear the person of the prophet. Story telling about the prophet is different than the message he came with.

The small phrase "slave to god" is not something I had thought about before. For me it was very thought provoking. She is a very well spoken person and speaks to what is happening in the world today. She also explains victimhood mentality which divides people based on cultural, sexual, racial or language. People want to showcase their virtues and say "Look what I have done." I talked nicely to a minority. In a Christian world there is no minority, rather we are all made in God's image and should treat everyone the way that we want to be treated.
@relationshipsetc
@relationshipsetc Жыл бұрын
Wokeness, victimhood, and “being a slave to god” is about control. When the she is talking about being a slave to the god she really means a slave to laws. Keeping laws does not save a man, only God can do that. They use man made measurements and comparison to justify wrong. It’s about power in the hands of a few to control the masses. The leverage they use is emotion and shame. Rather than living by the principle that all man being created equal by God and endowed with rights. The former is cult like and legalistic. The latter is the spirit of liberty for all and it puts the power back into the individual, not the hands of a few that have decided they should control and have power over the people. People can think for themselves and God gives each man the power to choose life or death, not have it chosen for them. Power and control is not of God. Wokeness, victimhood, thinking laws saves a person is demonic. These things are not of faith and ungodly.

@@relationshipsetc No I get it. However it was always explained to me that Christianity is a "done" religion. That is that you do not go to heaven based upon things that you do but belief in Jesus. He died on the cross for our sins as we are fallen. The New Testament is not written as a rule book, but rather a history of Jesus and parables that aid us to do the "right thing". We do have a choice but we best choose wisely.

Very sorry to hear about your back issues. I have had problems with my back for years. Surgery, injections, nerve ablation, pills, physical therapy, you name it. I would say that, for me, one thing works better than anything else and that is an inversion table. After hearing the actor Bradley Cooper and a couple of other random people swear by it, I got one. While I still have occasional issues, it is quite helpful. Best of luck to you. I hope you get better.

Can a parallel be drawn between this “wokism” and the “wokism” of the Cultural Revolution in China where the young were manipulated into throwing out all their cultural heritage, their education, the experience and knowledge of their parents and indeed denouncing their parents and condemning them to ostracisation, and even imprisonment and death. All of their youthful vigour was used to annihilate their own society and the young were too inexperienced and full of the arrogance of youth not to see it. Regret came later but the damage could never be undone. I am getting the same sense from this movement and the intimidation of grown ups, institutions, companies, churches and on and on.
