Nope, in term of intelligence it's a buff. WH intelligence training goes beyond WR which is mostly focused on education and chess as we saw in V0. The only nerf here would be physical strength and combat ability, but Kiyotaka should be able to develop them on his own as even L did

It enhances the mind via memory, general knowledge, environmental perception, psychological factors AND independence(there's more btw but I am incapable of reading v0 entirely) Takuya and ichika are both better examples than koji cuz koji is a master adept and is born as an extraordinary genius + their generation is easier to comply with and adapt to

Well ayanokouji would be different but he would still be similar in a way. Tsukishiro mentions how ayanokouji has the same eyes as his father and mentions how no other child in the white room could replicate it. Basically going to say that ayanokouji inherited his father's ambition and ruthlessness.

Nah Koji under L's training would excel every aspect much better compare to WR which mostly focus on raw intelligent and physicality.L as a kid solo the entire WR already The only thing he would be lacking of is physical capabilities but to be honest it doesn't matter if he could take down mutiple criminal organizations and greatest murderer ever lived. Studying for 14 hours in the WR won't make you the perfect human,it only leave you with PTSD and memory disorders from lack of rest.Under L training Koji would be able to cut that risk off

Wym Koji has already far superior compared to him ? I don't really care about your exaggerated intelligent for him tbh,raw intellect wouldn't be anything if it isn't applicable for RLS and solving cases or commiting crimes. If you mean kid Koji then L would be able to see what Koji is really capable of and supervised him to make a good use his talent to suprass him like you really said.

Do you mind also giving Kingdom a read? Probably the show with the smartest characters in fiction that actually show good feats on screen, unlike others who just supposedly manipulate a country or the world, all done off screen cuz the author isn't smart enough to think of a way for them to do it. All the characters in Kingdom are just basically Lelouch, but better at tactics, strategy, and warfare. You can probably make a really good video on Riboku.
