Pre breakfast: -Cinnamon water (1inch in water overnight) - 2 glass lukewarm lemon water - 7 dany kalonji chaba k kha lain or uper se neem garam pani... 10 mins before breakfast Breakfast: 11:00 AM -3 tbs besan ka chilla with egg with 2 tbs dahi - Bran bread with 1 egg -Quater Roti with 2 eggs Lunch: 2:00PM -2 slices mango with 150 ml / tea cup milk with 1 tsp honey or sugar or 3 dates - Palm size Grilled chicken with raita -Daal soup -2-3 botion k yakhni Snack 5 -6 PM Green tea Dinner: 7-8:00 PM -Half roti -20tsp rice With salan except daal and aloo

July 2024 diet plan Pre breakfast 1) 7 kalonji with lukewarm water 2) cinnamon 1inch with one galss of water(whole night stay) 3) 2glass lukewarm water with lemon Breakfast 11:00am 1) 3tbs baisan /oats chilla(lots of veggies) with 2tbs low fat yougurt 2) 3tbs joe /jai daliya cook in water with 2dates/half banana/half apple with hqnd full of nuts with 1tbs honey 3) 40 gm roti with 2eggs /2kabab 4) 1slice of bran bread with egg/kabab/peanut butter with apple After 30 min low milk tea Lunch 3:00 pm 1) 2slice mango +150ml milk +one tbs honey 2) 2,3dates+150ml milk shake 3) Saute palm size grillen chicken/with raita 3) 2,3piece chicken yakhani 4) Daal soup 5pm Green tea 8pm Half roti/20tbs rice (no daal aloo) Fast start 8pm to 11am Late night hunger Green tea /isphagoal Over Craving Two kabab/boil egg with tea /handfull of nuts (roasted chick peas not allowed)

السلام علیکم ڈاکٹر عائشہ ناصر بہت شکریہ اپ بہت اچھے پلان شئیر کرتی ہیں۔پچھلے ایک سال سے میں اپ کا ڈائٹ پلین فالو کر رہی ہوں اور اور تقریبا 30 کلو وزن میں نے اپ کے ڈائٹ پلان کو فالو کرتے ہوئے کم کیا ہے ساتھ ساتھ ورزش بھی جاری رکھی ہے۔اب چونکہ ایک ائیڈیل ویٹ ہو چکا ہے۔ میرا تو میں چاہتی ہوں کہ اپ کچھ ایسا بھی ڈائٹ پلان شئیر کریں ان لوگوں کے لئے جو اپنے وزن کو مینٹین رکھ سکیں۔ چونکہ اپ کے ڈائٹ پلان میں اب مزید ویٹ مینٹین رکھ سکوں لیکن اس ڈائٹ پلان کو اپ انٹرمیڈیٹ فاسٹنگ کے ساتھ ہی ایڈجسٹ کر دیں ۔ بہت شکریہ اللہ تعالی اپ کو جزائے خیر دے۔

I just take one meal a day ... Obviously it's breakfast... 1 roti koi b salan aur 1 omelet... Dopehr me Vitamin C ka 1 sachet ya phir dahi 1 bowl ... Aur 17 days bad Mera 5 kg km ho gya .. mazeed ab meny meat add kr dia dopehr me just beef ki 3 sy 4 botia... Ta k weakness na ho..
