Eyimofe is such a great film, and I’d argue the first properly good Nigerian film to ever be released. I sincerely hope we get made films of that quality out of Nigeria soon. It’s very much lagging behind considering how huge Nollywood is.

I remember following her on Letterboxd and honestly I’ve never seen an actor so relatable in their love for movies, i mean QT talks about old movies all the time, but Ayo feels like any of us, just so eager to watch movies and so happy to talk about them, her excitement about movies really lightens my day, she seems so nice and joyful and kickass and also happens to be extremely talented and beautiful.
