@@lightdrgn20, sure🙂 these are the higher frequency based beings. Most people can't see or hear them. Our frequency is to low, they can only meet us halfway. We must build up ours. We do this alot in our sleep. We can also do meditation and grounding practices to achieve a higher frequency. We also apply some changes in our daily lives to hold a higher state of frequency. For instance, only drink filterd water, stop everything toxic like smoking, give the body the right activity, and cleanse the body... and much more..
