Could paint work instead of plaster? And we’re can I get the plaster

No, you cannot use paint instead of Plaster of Paris because Plaster of Paris is use to give the shape and you can't do that with paint. You can get the Plaster of Paris from Amazon or any local market. Thanks for watching.
