(1) Ojas -> mental endurance + sthirtha -> Shakti shali man hi sandeh rahit ho pata hai (mental clarity+ free from doubt that I and my goal are different) aur upar uth pata hai (High mental state) (2) Excess Sexual activity/ thought -> ojas kam hota hai
