I can't believe I'm typing this, but this is actually working! I forgot to note the first day, but it's likely been less then a month since my hair has started responding. I have a lot of white hair on the back of my head, so I never noticed them until family started to express concern as to why I'm greying so rapidly. But now my husband vouches that this oil is working, that he can't see as much white as before, and the strands that are white are turning copper-ish or greyish. Also, my hair is also becoming darker (my hair is not exactly black but reddish brown). In addition, I have also started consuming amla. So, this might be a synergistic effect! But you havent mentioned how much cold press coconut oil we have to take in ratio with the ridge gourd. It would help if we knew the proportion. Thanks for this! Any idea of best way to dry the main ingredient out in winter months? Same method? Also coconut oil solidifies when cooled. Whats the best way to deal with that in regards to the soaking?

I leave the vegetable near the radiator. If you have underfloor heating, you can spread it in a news paper and leave it on the floor too. I leave the coconut oil bottle too near the radiator, it helps to keep it liquid.

Hi samyuktha mam the way your presenting the videos is nice and it's sounds good..I have medium hair but it is very thin and I have so much hair fall but from my childhood onwards I never used any chemical products to my hair 4 years ago my hair is very long & thick but after that I'm facing severe hair fall and split ends so can I use this oil to get long and thick hair..I want voluminous,long and thick hair .... please suggest me
