There is a difference between earning (profit) and turn over. Plz don't misguide or confuse people by putting dubious titles. I appreciate your efforts for motivating people to work and work smart but giving too much high hopes can also ruin someones life or carrier if results are not as per his/her expectations. Be realistic and teach the same to your audience. Do give them hope but also guide them how to deal with a disaster if things go south.
