Delhi Ncr has some mind-blowing places which we have discovered recently and this place is one of them. They make fresh mutton Azamgargh style in a chula which gives it a smokey flavour.
About the Ambiance - The decor of the place is done in a village theme. Walls and seats are mean to showcase kache makkan
We ordered half mutton Do pyyaza in matki , Chicken do pyaza and paneer

I am from Azamgarh, U.P There are 10 kalika in Azamgarh itself 1-2 of them are real one. Neither they share recipe on camera Nor they own any branches

Bhai aa jao asali Azamgarh ke kalika me fir aap ko 10 me se 11 dene padenge... Pakka esase bahut achhha hoga mai Azamgarh (utter Pradesh) se hi hu... And ye main Azamgarh me tahsil ke bagal me hai.. Aur road ke dono taraf kai sare kalika hai lekin aap sab use side khana jis taraf bus 1 hi kalika hotel hai...

only three of them are original Kalika in Azamgarh. Kalika has no other branch in Indiia Except one in Lucknow, rest all are copy.

Bro they just boil the mutton with salt and lemon juice that tenderise the meat and they wash it again after boiling and then it is used in recipe

i am from azamgarh itself...and i would like to tell u...that in azamgarh there is around 13 hotels named kalika hotel...but only one of them is original .. and they don't own any other branch at any other place. so if you really want to taste the real kalika flavour visit Azamgarh😋. It would be our pleasure if you pay your visit over here.
