Your special guest is so cute! I've used this cam for a week now and I'm satisfied for the most part, though I do wish there was some way to upload to cloud. The app is pretty klunky tbh. The 30fps is actually better for low light because it keeps the shutter open just a bit longer, even though the video may be a little chopier. But I'm happy with the video/audio quality so far. Nice review.

Best review for this dash cam! Covered almost every detail I wanted and your video samples was just perfect. Only thing I still don't know how it works it's the parking monitor, I bought the camera with the 12v adapter for that and I'll try to use it. The major concern is the battery drain, I use my car only during weekends and I'll need to figure out a way to not record during week days.

Yes, 12v only Supply during driving. If need to record while park require parking kit installation.

Thank you for watching, Inside the menu, you can set just the front camera only. That way you can take advantage of the 4K recording just the front. Since I got this dash cam, I caught so many accident videos, and also caught a dude that scratched my Tesla Model S from the rear at the mall parking lot. Great video. You said something about a 3 min video taking 1min 46 sec to download to the phone. Just wondering if that's the max length per segment of video or would entire 4hr session be 1 file? Thanks.

Video is cut up to 1min, 3min, or 5mins max. I mentioned 3 min video wireless transfer 1min 46 sec to download is referring 1 video file. Since the camera and shot up to 3 Channels, then to transfer all 3 channels will take 1:46 x 3 times long. Lastly the dash cam can not save 4 hrs video into 1 file. 4 hours video will be chop up into 1min, 3min, 5min session. Hope you understand what I meant, feel free to let me know if anything ✌️

@@ProTecStation thanks for the details. You think 256gb SD card is too big for this cam? I do a lot of driving per rideshare session. I would like to have enough storage where it wouldn't loop over rides earlier during the session if I'm doing like 8 hrs of driving.

For your situation, 256GB will be much better, remember to use U3 endurance cards. www.bestbuy.com/site/sandisk-256gb-microsdxc-high-endurance-uhs-i-memory-card/6346500.p?skuId=6346500 Best buy having a sale, much better than buying from Amazon for high potential fake cards. 256GB should get you a full day worth of driving,16hrs of recording from 256GB running 3Channels. Must have Dash Cam for Ride share 👍

What is the largest sd card you can use in this dashcam? And what brand do you recommend?

On the website it says up to 128GB Bigger size might work, but might also over load the dash cam to make it unusable. It comes with 64GB AZDOME Brand card and that gives you about little over 4 hours off footage for recording all 3 channels. I haven't tested other brands of card for this dash, but I do have Samsung Endurance and Sandisk endurance card to test them, As of current I don't have a answer which work best, but I can test both brands and give you a result in a week or two to find out. If the card doesn't act up more than a week, then it means the dash cam likes that certain brand. I'll keep you posted for the result.

I think the M550 is the all around dash cam that I've use that checked most of the box. I've reviewed quite selection of dash cams and the M550 is my daily driver dash cam.

can't figuare out how to ge the camera to record for 5 minutes ,ive been in settings ,adjusted record time to 5 mins but camera still only records about 20 secs each frame ??

Yes you can, I installed inside. The angle might be a little off, but you can try and see if you can live with it, if not you can buy additional angle bracket to adjust better angle. Sorry for the super long video. ✌️

The camera screen turns off after a minute, what can I do to keep the camera screen on all the time when I drive ?

I believe the screen can be manually turn on only maximum 5 mins only, I don't think you can go pass 5 mins. -Go to settings -system -ScreenSave -choose 5 mins. This will prevent any screen burn on the dash cam screen and heating issue for prolong screen on. Hope that works better for you 🤞

From using both cam as my daily cam, I actually love the m550 because of it has microSD, With microSD making back much easier. Plus if microSD is worn out, just put a new card. If the m560 internal storage is worn out you need to buy a new cam. That is the main reason. Thanks for tuning in ✌️

Also, if I connect this wire kit for 24 hour monitoring, can I see what's happening around the car being at home? will it transfer the video to the app automatically being on the distance with this wire? Thanks

24 hour kit may require professional install if your not sure about fuses and wiring . If you able to connect the 24 hours kit, the dash cam will not have have a pleasant transfer even begin near distance of the car, because it's so super slow. I'm sure you will be super frustrated if you plan to do such wireless transfer. Transfer 1 video is OK, but still take very long. I don't advice .

Nice thorough review. I like the pros that you mentioned. However for me, I don't need an interior (3rd) camera which means the dashcam will fill up the microSD card quicker. What is the duration of video that you can get for 64GB? I am currently using a rearview dashcam (2k+2k) and it gives me 4.5 hours of video on a 64GB microSD card. Plus, the display screen is bigger, which is a big pro for me. End credits: Ass Dome! 🤣🤣

For me here in the bay area, hopefully I can get the faces of who break in the car stealing inside the cabin while parked. Or little glimpse from side window if there are side impact etc. Your are absolutely right that 3 channel does fill the card faster. For this cam, 64GB will get you around 4.10 hours (2k+FHD+FHD) Your cam setup is super cool especially that large mirror which I like for it's discreet design.
