Most of the grounds are same as they were in 90s. Just that ICC has made a regulation that there should be a min distance between the boundary line and the wall to avoid hurting the fielders.

Him and Ajay Jadeja were like Munna Bhai and Circuit. Both of then were involved in some memorable match winning partnerships. After Sachin was out most of us were like the game is now gone. But lot of times these two would take on the opposition with lethal attacking cricket and bring us back into the game.

a single player from the whole team cannot fix a match alone all on his own. There has to be a lot many of them involved to get the result they want. Even sachin tendulkar was involved, but was saved by BCCI to save India a lot of embarassment. I remember Azhar getting threat calls from Shiv Shena to not reveal sachin's name as he was from Maharashtra.

@Sachin Shambulingappa he was punished he was banned by bcci at the peak of his career hit century in last test played 99 test ,lost all his fame got trolled on media and fake story published to ridicule him abused by people ,9400 runs in odi at that highest scorer banned if he had played according to natural retirement his record would be around 12000-13 runs and also remain highest scorer untill sachin catch him in the end what else you want from a legend..Fixer can't score at this rate and can't be that good..He have never left catch in his career and have record of highest catches if he was not banned he would have been among 3-4 top legend of country like kapil,sachin,azhar.

It is absolutely funny to see players these days amass tons of runs hitting 4s and 6s every other ball with ridiculously smaller boundaries. Back in the day at grounds like Eden Gardens or MCG best of aggressive batters huffed and puffed to run 4 runs, even after hitting a perfect shot that would eventually slow down reaching the full lengths. Those were the days. Azhar was absolutely thrilling to watch the way he paced his innings and the way he brought aggressive batting into Indian middle order batting. He was the kind of guy who taught other middle order batsmen to score run a ball in those slow scoring days of cricket. One of my all time favorites.

He took the money when they said somebody else will take the money and do the work from his team, he took it himself but he Hit a century tht match After the match he throw the money back to their face and told them tht he took it to avoid someone else take tht money.. So they were angry and they betrayed him.. Every experts know there are many who runs this scam including dhoni and guys

Nothing wrong with what Boycott has said here so doubt he would be embarrassed. Comments made on how he had been batting up to those shots and he were factually correct. Even the last shot its just his opinion that he thought he hadn't got to pitch of it but went through with the shot and nothing wrong with that comment either. Like any commentator they can just call them as they can see it happening up until the moment happens. Oh superb shots by Azhar by the way!
