I will vote him again. After all in that finance bill, he had plans to employ 46k JSS intern teachers, intern doctors, electric connectivity to most households, Construction of CBC classrooms and laboratories. It only backfired because taxes won't fund all these. He must look for other sources of funds because Uhuru and Raila borrowed loan and saved them in their personal accounts overseas.
