I have this keyboard and numpad in pink. It is beautiful. The round esthetic of the board and keys, the matte soft feel of the keycaps and the keycaps very well made. This is my first mechanical keyboard and I have struggled a bit using it. I constantly hit the CAPS key by accident and the linear switch is so soft, sometimes I'm typing and don't even know it lol. I'm considering an ergonomic mechanical with tactile or clicky switches. The aesthetic is every thing I would want!

Ya, linear switches can take some getting use to for sure, they can be quite light depending on what you’re coming from. Once they have the hot-swappable version, it would be even better

That Black Willow AZIO IZO keyboard has a lot of personality. It's very different from the keyboards I've owned, but I kind of like it. And the Red Switches, are definitely my preferred ones. Yep, I'm a linear kind of guy, when it comes down to switches that is.

Well said. AZIO does a nice job of curating the entire keyboard into a coherent package - I really like the red switches as well, but am excited that they will be releasing a hot-swappable version of the IZO keyboards next quarter 👍

It would be nice to mix in some browns for accent keys, etc. to make the difference more tactile to compliment the visual separation 👍

Did you have trouble connected your calculator to Bluetooth?

Can you send calculator results from the IZO to a PC similar to how the Ducky Pocket let's you calculate values then auto-enter them?

The two modes are standalone as far as I recall. Meaning it’s either a calculator or a NumPad, but not both simultaneously - the calculator mode is void of connection to the PC.

How does the IZO compare to the retro? Which do you prefer?

Both are nice, but I think the IZO keycaps are nicer, and it offers more backlighting options, as well as the control knob - If I were purchasing one today, it would probably be the IZO.
