Great interview. When I was in Ukraine last year I was asked by a team to help train an Azov unit, unfortunately I was forced to decline the offer due to the ridiculous restrictions that the US Govt had placed upon Azov. I heard nothing but good things about the unit throughout my time there. Slava Ukraini

We know that our guys are great. I think when the fight is on a more personal level like it is for Ukrainians it would be easier to find the motivation. I mean I don't think any american would say screw it if it was our country in their position. but i can see where being in other countries fighting, anybody could become somewhat unmotivated at times. you could get sick of all the crap over time and say wtf am I doing here? They have an extra push because it is personal. SLAVA UKRAINE 🇺🇦 🙏🤙🏻proud of all the foriegners helping out ukraine. They are an awesome people and I can see why they do it.

This was a great interview between an articulate and experienced American of mixed race,and a very well educated Azov member,who spoke excellent English. As an American, I want to say thank you to every soldier fighting for Ukraine and all of our freedom! I am so sorry for the spineless cowardly Republican politicians in my US Congress but please know that most Americans support Ukraine to total victory. Thank you for making this discussion available online. It was interesting to hear this man's very positive experience with Azov. It has otherwise been difficult to discern what is real and what is purely Ruzzian propaganda about the Azov unit. This helps clarify a lot. There's only one old man who's keeping this war raging in Ukraine. Every day I wake up and hope to read in the news that somebody has helped him make the right decision. 🇺🇦💙💛
