I only got one drop of this pulse and it came with firefly and incandescent. Most excited I’ve been for a pulse rifle drop.

Trying to convince my friends to do this raid is like trying to convince Kyrie that the world isn’t flat.

Got the heal clip + incan roll on my first clear of the raid. Haven't taken it off and up to 6k kills with it. Might be my favorite gun in the entire game.

Gotten three rolls so far: Rapid Hit/ Chaos Reshaped, Firefly/incandescent and Heal clip/ incandescent. Absolutely love this gun. It’s so stable and clean. Can’t wait for GM with it too

Since I've already crafted a heal clip+incandescent Adhortarive and I got both a shiny Luna's Howl and an Heliocentric with that same perk combination, I'd definitely go with Firefly+Incandescent as a more aggressive weapon

Firefly + chaos reshaped is goated, still get a boom (plus reload), a damage buff with heals. Also have a FTTC + chaos reshaped which ain’t bad given the mag size

I got a rapid hit, chaos reshaped roll. In my experience, this is a good roll for when content has tankier enemies. In harder content that’s when you can proc chaos and the origin trait. Arguably that’s when you should use your special but hey this thing feels nice to use.

My first drop was pretty juicy. Arrowhead Brake, Flared Magwell, Firefly, Incandescent, Range masterwork. Been using it alot since it dropped.

Managed to 5/5 the pattern this week and I've been testing out Heal Clip + Incandescent. It's nutty

It can also roll Fourth Times and Vorpal, which is the Wardens Law Godroll. This pulse rifle tries to have a roll for every type of player.

I'm running a Firefly + Chaos Reshaped roll and it's insane. Gives you AoE clear, a big reload speed buff, a massive dmg buff, AND healing on top. Literally does EVERYTHING you'd like from a primary weapon.

attrition orbs is often overlooked but it cooks if you have hunters with the cayde sniper

Side Note, the origin perk also makes sense in a meta-narrative sense. Excision was unlocked upon the completion of the raid so logically, from a narrative point of view, its the same fireteam who's going to finish off the Witness (including your character cause the story just assumes youre part of all the major story beats whether you actually participated or not). So the idea is that you have 12 guardians, all of them rocking the raid weapons as a symbol of their shared commitment and drive to end the Final Shape. Would that the Origin Perk also gave a reload bonus along with handling and range. Would really help at GM Excision when for whatever reason the team ran out of heavy or special ammo.

Honestly this is how it show be, if we want a good pve gun go do the new raid, if we want a good gun for PvP go do anything PvP

I just wish 80% of the raid weapons weren't blues with a vaguely Witness-y props slapped on them, the only unique models are the sword and exotic.

they should add an ability in the adept raid weapons to go to the enclave and swap a max of one of the 3rd or 4th column by spending spoils or master work cores and maybe an ascendant alloy (i have a surplus of those)

Definitely going to check this one out, but if you can try out a crafted Adhordative. With heal clip + Incandescent + its nano-munitions trait, that thing has been glued to my hand all of this season. It was a sleeper pick last year, and now it really gets to shine like I knew it would.

Only complaint about this gun is why did Bungie have to make it look so gigantic when you’re welding it.

yesterday some reason i got all my god roll weapons and class items i wanted including the raid pulse and bow, and they are not lying when they say these are juiced

This pulse plus the sword from the pale heat with chain plus incandescent would be the ultimate boom load out lol

This pulse might be the best thing since sliced bread to some people but as long as BxR exists with my ability regen perks and Incandescent a solar pulse has to REALLY bring something that interests me to get me to farm it. Till this day ogma has been the only one to do it and even after masterworking like 5 ogmas BxR is ALWAYS in my inventory. I have like 6 crafted with double enhanced traits. Sure I mainly use 2 but I have a BxR for every engagement so I don't need any other solar pulse. As someone who fell in love with halo from all the time I spent solo in the Halo 2 legendary campaign on bad days and fuckin around with friends in customs in later halos from modded halo 4 lobbies to all the crazy forge maps I made and found in halo 5.... BxR will always remind me of the good times and always be my ole' reliable.

Surprised nobody is mentioning this, but given we've got anti-barrier pulse this season, the sleeper roll is under-over and vorpal for absolutely melting champs. 50% damage against barrier shields and then the 20% increase after they're vulnerable.

Heal clip + incandescent is perfect for solar builds, firefly + incandescent is great for general play, and firefly + chaos reshaped will amazing for gms.

Not sure how you feel about it but yt added a skip ahead button on your ad spot. Not talking about the yt ads i've got premium

Heal clip incandescent needs something to challenge it asap. Every single new solar weapon has this damn roll and that’s what everyone wants. I got heal clip vorpal and it’s awesome

I think its mostly because people treat it like any other pulse rifle, but its not. It’s basically a long range 140 hand cannon. You don’t have to wait as long to run back behind cover .

Oh that reticule is beautiful. I would love more weapons with cross or chevron reticules. Kind of why I like khovstok so much is because it’s aight is pretty close to a hollow sight in modern day. I think it would be cool to have more modern looking weapons with the destiny futuristic spin on it.

I got one with firefly and vorpal. Yes its not a great role, but this gun feels so damn good that I use it anyway over most other solar weapons lol. Gonna pray that I can get a heal clip/firefly + incandescent role someday🙏

See the problem I have with this weapon is is trapped behind a raid, people make me hate raids..so it will be awhile before I get this gun.

My build always heavly toward grenade and BXR-55 demo+incan roll works perfect for me ,so I think I'll stick on it for a while. But maybe I'll use it for the heal clip+incan roll when I need ,I guess

Revision Zero is still better because of it's sniper mode and it's intrinsic anti-barrier, but I'd love to pair Nullify with Wish-Ender.

Considering the crispy reticles on these weapons, it makes me wish we could change our reticles on all weapons. Imagine a better devils with a little cross reticle instead of a red dot. _insert cross saying OH!_

Heavy burst pulses are my favorite. Although rev zero and graviton are the only ones i currently own lol with rev zero being my favourite of the two because of the sniper mode. I also like its hi-tech tactical look more. Grav lance is still objectively a better weapon for ad clear. Btw, rev zero's sniper mode seems to deal ridiculous damage to primevals in gambit. Not sure how much that matters considering that like 3 people play gambit.

That new Vex scout has slowly been replacing Nullify and Abyss Defiant as my heal clip + incan weapon. Its just too good.

I dont know how well known this is since I am a returning player last having played the very first week of witch queen dlc, but you can proc desperate measures times 3 with hunter by getting a kill with your gunpowder gamble

Tyranny of heaven is the only other weapon that I know of that can have firefly incandescent with each other.. it feels like an exotic But everyone has 100 resilience anymore in PvP so it has a terrible ttk.. that’s why it’s no good. I mean you’re outgunned by every scout rifle even if you land every bullet on the head. Which doesn’t happen due to the arc type.. basically what I’m saying is that it takes 2.6 pulls of headshots only to kill so 4 head 1 body shouldn’t work on 100 resilience like everyone’s using. It’s 5 head 1 body and that gives it a .95 ttk~ roughly, (sticking in an edit, did the math, it’s a .90ttk with 83% head on 100 res. 5head, 1body) with 100% headshots. Realistically it’s more around 1.5-2 second because it’s hard to get the second one on the head. I tried a head seeker role. It was still ass. I think the only thing that saves you is the fact that you probably have some really really good internet and you’re playing on a faster device than console. If you were on a normal platform with a reasonably priced internet service like most people, that gun would be unusable in trials or comp. Great pve roles though and I’m definitely playing the raid for it. It just doesn’t hold up in this sand box unless you’re able to get rid of recoil with cheats or you’re aimbotting.. and even then.. plenty of better scouts. Bungie dropped the ball on this one if it was at all focused for pvp

There’s NO BETTER endgame pulse than OUTBREAK!!! PERIOD!!! I don’t care what pulse comes out in the future, nothing will beat it! I was on a 10-man remaining GM Excision and we burned the Witness with all Outbreak.

I tried it in pvp, didn't like the feel of it, but I use rapid fire pulses, I have almost 7k crucible defeats on my horrors least, maybe if I was a scout user it would feel better

So far I’m happy but I’ve only played for 2 weeks. I hope it doesn’t fizzle out much like the downward slope was after forsaken. This game has so much potential. If they invested into the game in the same way Chris of GGG chooses to do for PoE (to their own massive benefit, go figure investing in your own product with resources, talent and passion makes your game amazing thereby garners respect and support), Destiny would be an absolute powerhouse. No other shooter looter would be able to compete. I hope Destiny can get to the point but, wishful thinking.
