11:43 Right Click on the Solution, Add Solution to Source Control is not visible as an option. Stuck.

Make sure you have installed GIT

On the lower right hand corner click add to source control - GIT

@@patrickwashingtondc Turns out that that step had already been done. Since the menus change with little feedback, it is really difficult to follow sequential steps. Thanks for the input.
