too bad you can only use Event Hub Namespace policies when configuring a diagnostic setting in Azure.

Push vs pull in event grid: In Azure Event Hub we pull events as a consumer (where a sender emits to Hub and subscriber use offsets to read) In Azure Event Grid consumer gets triggered via a push by Event Topic (basically consumer pulls too?) AH the event hub doesnt care is data is being read or not and event grid needs a specific output (AZ function etc)
