施工工业整体不错！ 建议如下： 1.张力场应设隔离警示围栏 2.导线盘应加设限速器，不能靠人力控制导线盘转速 3.现场施工存在磨损导线现象（横架木棍与导线摩擦严重） 4.接地装置不合规（接地棒与连接卡） 5.张力场内除操作手外其它人员随意走动（非需要配合时，人员应撤出工作危险区）
