Ingredients:
For dough:
Beetroot - 1
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water
For stuffing:
Paneer - 200 grams
Onion - 1/4 cup
Green chilli -1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Mixed herbs -1 tbsp
Chilli flakes -1 tsp
Salt to taste

First of all let's thank Kabita ji for presenting a healthy receipe👏👏 Because nowadays children aren't ready to eat the healthy vegetables like beetroot,carrot,beans and cabbage...So this method of Paratha definitely will be liked by all the age group children...Also the beetroot colour in the paratha will attract the children more...

Is mein beetroot ko boil karne ki bhi jarurat nahi hoti. Just peel the beetroot and grind it. I made this recipe from 5-6 years.
