Hello Dr. Richards, thank you for your video teachings and your efforts to explain immunology. I just found your channel and I intensively listen to it learning a lot. Please can you do a video specifically focusing on how genetic defects in NEMO have effects on the immune system? You mentioned ectodermal dysplasias in this video. It is a rare disease. Incontinentia pigmenti is a form of ectodermal dysplasia. What are the general immunological consequences for these patients and what is the results in cell proliferation, cell survival, cell differentiation and apoptosis? I am particularly interested in the NF-kB pathway and the (mis-) function of malexpressed NF-kB genes. Am I understanding it right that due to malfunctioning / incorrect folding or even absence of certain aminoacid the targeted NF-kB coded proteins cannot be (correctly) formed resulting in all kinds of different medical issues?

Do you ever have office hours to do individual speaking? I would love to bend your ear about what happens in the lymph node ,particularly the B cell (humoral immunity). You have a video on it but have a few questions since there is a lot of information mostly on the t cell. Not sure if you have an email or require payment?
