Most people wash their motorcycle, scooter or car with hair shampoo, cloth detergent or dish soap. By doing this your motorcycle or scooter paint color will fade out over the time. Some people wash their bike daily while some wash after months, both the habits are wrong. You might be tempted to use whatever soap you have around the house to wash your bike instead of buying automotive soap, but this isn’t a good idea. Dish soap is highly alkaline, made to cut grease - but it will obliterate any coating of wax you have on your bike too. Hand soap and body wash has moisturizers that will leave a greasy film on your bike.
You should always use bike washing shampoo or washing liquid for washing your bike.

Always dilute your shampoo with water and then apply to your bike , this will neutralise it and now your shampoo can't harm your bike anymore 👍🏻

Sahi bat Bhai, I have that experience from 15yrs and more. Kyunki ye to ab Bussiness Karne k Nate tarike... Pehle washing liquid nhi ate the tb bhi bike nayi hi rehti thi. Ab paint m wo quality nhi aati shampoo se koi dark nhi padta

Ek dum sahi correct hai aapki baat maine bhi meri pehli gaadi ko baar baar frequently shampoo se jyaada wash kiya so plastic fade jyaada ho gaya ab jab secnd baar new bije lee to use bilkul shampoo se nahi dhoya 6 saal baad bhi abhi tak kahi koi metallic ya plastic ka colour jyaada fade nahi hua hai very nice informative video

We are car shampoo manufacturer, and we know the information provided is 100% right. Here I read comments about using clinic plus, fate baniyaan se dhona, 😂😂 we hope that a new bike cost around 1lac, whats the harm in using and investing in a car shampoo and microfiber, which will give you much better results in cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle. Bhai pahle to hairs ke liye v log rin or lifebuoy soap use karte the.aaj kyun nahi karte. Coz we learn and come with new things with new technologies, so purane tarike chode aur new technologies apnaye. Aur jankari ke liye sampark kare.

Don't do too much washing guys..after 3days..in a week if u wash like this then definitely u will face rusting issue..in ur metallic parts...I know bike is new for u n after wash it looks more shiny n neat but...don't do too much water washing...u will going to face rusting issue for sure....
