だいぶお待たせしているショベルリジッドを進めていきます。
まずはエキゾーストマフラーの組付け。マフラーは元々ベース車両に取り付けされていたものを利用します。長さが少しバランスが悪いので短くしました。
そしてガソリンタンクを取りつけ。しっかりトルクをかけられるよう、ねじ山付きのカラーを制作して溶接。
フレームは各部の溶接を完璧に仕上げます。すべてが完成したので、塗装に出すために全バラシ。
次回は塗装後の組み立てをお伝え致します。お楽しみに。
We will proceed with the shovel rigid, which has been waiting for a long time.
The first step is to assemble the exhaust muffler. The muffler was originally installed on the base vehicle. The length is a little unbalanced, so we shortened it.
Then, the gasoline tank is installed. A threaded collar was made and welded on to ensure that torque can be applied properly.
The frame is finished with perfect welding of each part. Now that everything is complete, we disassemble the entire frame for painting.
