According to the United Nations Convention on the Rights ( #UNCRC ) of the Children - that India ratified in 1992 - all children are born with fundamental rights.
- Right to Survival : to life, health, nutrition, name, nationality
- Right to Development : to education, care, leisure, recreation, cultural activities
- Right to Protection : from exploitation, abuse, neglect
- Right to Participation : to expression, information, thought, religion
And a right to achieve these dreams. Through this video Dr. Shailendra Pandya has detailed us about #Child_Rights in a simple language through examples.
Dr Shailendra Pandya is a Child Rights Activist and currently the Member of Rajasthan State Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Through this channel, we are trying to share knowledge about Provisions, Acts & Policies on Child Rights & Protections towards holistic development of Children, experiences & findings, and experts' views.
