Unfortunately the quality of PhD in our country is very low quality. It doesn’t teach candidates the required skills and research training compared to what is needed in today’s academic environment.

Great to know you are passionate about child psychology. Since your previous study background is different, I'd recommend checking with your preferred university about their entry requirements. If it is abroad, it is absolutely possible. But in Bangladesh it could be challenging. You can keep in touch with me for any guidance.

Alhamdulilah. Very good to know this. First of all you need to create a research proposal and check with the institutions if they have capacity for supervision. You can try national university and colleges affiliated under this. I will make more videos on this topic in the future.

Ans 1 - it depends on topic and supervision. Generally PhD can be completed within 3 years. But depending how on how fast the candidate can progress it might vary. Ans 2 - Mphil is not a requirement of PhD. If you meet the requirements for PhD, then you can enroll into PhD directly.

Did you have a thesis/research course at the end of your degree. If not then it’s not possible. You may try Mphil but better to check the entry requirements of the university where you want to apply.

Good to know you are interested to pursue PhD degree. Generally, PhD is conducted based on a research topic. You need to identify a research topic close to your previous work and education which will give you strong base. You can select a topic related to accounting education and teaching and see what’s the current gap in this area.

Yes that is possible. Depending on the university requirement, you may have to consider MPhil before PhD. Better to check with the institution you are applying.

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can undertake a PhD degree in your desired subject based on your previous education as long as the previous Education has some Relevance to your intended program. I suggest you to explore opportunities in the public universities nearby. Where are you live. Most public universities offer Phd programs. I am not entirely sure that if they have specifically degree, aim towards Sanskrit, subject or not.

Good IELTS score, a good research proposal, evidence of prior research, best if you have some publications.

Getting admission to PhD may not be possible after completing Masters directly. You will need to have some experiences of research. If you can take a thesis type course in your Masters then that might help.

If you have teaching experience or work experience then MPhil criteria gets relaxed by many institutions. But it is best to check with the specific institution where you are planning to study.

Generally you don’t need a higher degree to get a job as a college teacher in Bangladesh. But If you want to become a good and knowledgeable teacher then I would recommend pursuing a higher education like Mphil or PhD.

This will depend on lot of factors. Generally, Mphil is not a requirement for private jobs. But if you want to step into academia then Mphil will be useful. Also if you want to get a job in the development sector, then Mphil will give you good value.

For Mphil you have to meet the entry requirements. It doesn’t matter whether you are doing regular mba or executive MBA. It is determined by your research experience.

জি, এটা অবশ্যই হাস্যকর বিষয়। যদি ইংরেজিতে অসম্ভব হয়, তাহলে পিএইচডি না করাই ভালো। তবুও পিএইচডির ভ্যালু কমানোর কোন মানে হয় না। ইংলিশে করা বাধ্যতামূলক করা উচিত।

In Bangladesh, it is not that expensive. You only need to pay the university fees and may be some additional expenses related to field work. But if you get scholarship from university then it will be even cheaper.
