The Art of Public Speaking: Learning is as follows 1) Physical and personal appearance is important, wear a proper outfit for public speaking. 2) Gestures are also important Ex:-Hand moments, body posture, standing delivery of speech. 3) Eye contact with the audience is important, shows confidence and it interests the public. 4) identify the topic and prepare as per your audience interest and tell the right things to people. 5) Become a good listener before becoming a good speaker. 6) Planning the speech is always important before delivering it. I like this video: I learnt the following from this video Before going to deliver the speech you have to plan and organize the speech very carefully. Use the data in the speech which will impact on the audience. Motivation quote or any story must be use in the speech. Take the time and prepare the speech. Way of delivery must be good and wear the formal dress.

Readers Book Club - Video Summary Challenge Day 2 - The Art of Public Speaking - Dale Carnegie One of teh wonderful book for teh one of the important life skill everyone should have. Well narrated in video with 12 Points strategy. It started with Mark Twain Quote and later gave data abt people who fear Public speaking over death. Author shares difference between listening vs conversation. In public speaking we need to understand our audience and we should take feedback and feed ward in your speech. We should obtain emotional connect with our audience. We should have clear in our message and we should not present false data and not to tell lie to audience for small benefits or favour. Our first speech is very much critical - make conversation with audience, ask them questions, ask some audience to come on stage and appreciate right answers. Listening skill plays imp rolle in public speaking when you listen to your audience you gets lots of insights Organising your speech - it should be well planned with intro - main body and conclusion with advantages & disadvantages. On topic selection either you are fully aware of teh topic or it should be new to all. if it is new just give overview. who are audience and what they want in speech use supporting materials such as photos / ppt, QNA, Story task etc with numeric data, paper cutting USe of motivation quote at beggining and at end create powerful impact. Do have collection of stories relevent to the topic Organising speech - start small ask question see how they feel and continue adding your topic in shorter sense ie spatial order ie sequence and facts while ending speech always say good luck for the audience and stay connected writing speech - prepare outline of your topic with topic - intro - body - conclusion and it has time line. usage of symbol + and advantages / disadvantages way of delivery - be energetic and enthusiastic, be in good physical and personal appearance, your fgestures are im[portant, your hand shoulder movement, your eye contacts with audience. This was very impactful lesson I learn. LEt me tell you I attended Amit Kumarr sir Public Speaking course and 02 books I purchased was of Dale Carnegie (I did not read it though) but with Mirror exercise I am improved far in my speech & speaking. Day 2:- I get to know about many different things which should be considered while giving a speech and preparing for it ❤ must thing is to engage with the audience and individuals because if we will include them then in this way they will be more interested and they will feel great about themselves this will grow their interest in the topic ❤ Another prominent thing is to think wisely because if we don't know about any topic that we are unable to give a perfect speech on that topic so it's vital to give a speech on topic about we have a lot of knowledge ❤ If you want to give a speech on the topic which we don't know so the second step you have to do is collect all the resources in search of the resources which you have for enquiry and searching process because in this way you can get a lot of knowledge about the topic and you can deliver a great speech to audience ❤ Dressing well and formal manner is really important thing and moreover the body posture and the hand action should be in control and its must need to take care of these two things because these things have a great impression ❤ Additionally don't show that you are nervous and make proper eye contact with your audience because it's must to have proper eye contact with them because if you will look at the fair and the things which are around this will show that you are nervous ❤ Asking question and having feedback is also a great way to ensure that we are delivering the proper amount of details and good speech furthermore it's also important to know what kind of audience we have yes if the audience is unhappy with their relationships and their husband or wife so it's a responsibility to give and to talk about the things which will help them in their life and make their life easy in someway ❤ It's much to talk about our own personal stories motivational quotes and examples so that everyone can relate and learn something

My learning.. 1.That listening and hearing are two different factors listening means first listen the react but hearing means just hear and whatever comes in your mind response that. 2.Know your audience who are they and in which topic they are interested before giving a speech. 3. Day 2 😊 Public speaking has always been my weak point 😅 but I had struggled through it even if it's not comfortable. So from this summary I got to unknown to me , I had done few of the rules like , 1. Be aware of what you want to present. 2. Be responsible what information you feed to others . 3. Have a knowledge about something you can use it as example for anything . 4 . Be a story teller. 5. Be emotional connected to audiance and take their opinion too .😊

Before giving speech u need to become GOOD LISTENER so you are able to connect with them easily Use formal but simple words to connect better Plan your speech what to say first and last so they are always connected to u Topic should be always new either you have more knowledge about that topic Try to give more EXAMPLES, STORIES or same data to get more connected to them Always start with your introduction and give MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES in between to connected to them To deliver ur thoughts you need to be attractive, presentable and keep EYE CONTACT with them.

Day 2 Book: The Art of Public Speaking means, what can I say now, that's why I am a big fan of yours. Tell me one thing, how do you know that I need a video on this topic? Since my childhood, I feel hesitant in speaking in front of people but after watching this video I am very motivated. I will try to implement all these points once in my life and as I have already told you that I want to start a startup, and public speaking is very important for that, so I will try to implement all these points in my life from today onwards.
