Recipe :
Besan - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp (light colour wala)
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp ( dark wala)
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Water - 3 cups
Salt to taste
For curry:
Onion paste - 1/2 cup
Tomato paste - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp (light colour wala)
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp ( dark wala)
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Curd - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
